All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of placing the order. In case an item requires additional time, we will notify the customer via email.
Shipments to the UAE: Usually received with 1 to 2 days after shipping.
International Shipments: Usually received within 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipping.
Please note that the estimated time does not include any delays due to customs clearance in the destination country and it is the buyer's respsonibility to clear it from the local country customs.
Customs & Taxes Charges for shipments outside the KSA:
Please note that any charges from Customs or authorities of the consignee country (like taxes) may occur, these are not included in Giftat bill. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Cash On Delivery Service:
COD Service is only available in GCC Countries (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
COD additional charges:
for COD order additional charges may occur from the courier directly to the customer upon delivery, these charges are not part of Giftat bill scope. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
