If you would like to return your product, kindly note the following:

• You may return/exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving it.
• We will be refunded 100% on the return of merchandise. The refund will not include the shipping charges nor the cost of shipping the items back to us which is the customer’s responsibility.
• the product should not be used, damaged, it should be in the same condition as you received it.
• We don't accept return if it is missing from the package price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.
• Your refund is returned to your credit card if the order was paid by credit card within 10 days of receiving the returned item in our warehouse.
• The refund is returned by store credit/coupon in case the order was paid through COD within 10 days of receiving the returned item in our warehouse via a bank wire transfer. Alternatively you can get a store credit with the same amount. 
• If the product is not fit to be accepted for return, you will be duly notified via email. We will send the product back to your address with COD service if you are in the GCC countries but if you are not, we use different courier services. In either case, the cost of shipping the item back to you is your responsibility.
